DOS Based TPR Program - Pace and Cap

Hi folks. I checked with Bill V. and he thought it would be ok to post a request for the simple DOS program that calculates TPR's. I'm attempting to keep a simple model off the results charts mirroring Richie's example.

If someone could email it to me, I would appreciate it. I have my options set to receive email but if you need my address, please just pm me.
