Happy Birthday "R"!! I hope you have a great day and remember:

If cuisine starts in the morning make it Eggs Benedict please!

Happy Birthday!

In your honour, I'm opening a new bottle of Chianti for lunch and making myself the first summer bruschetta with my own tomatos, garlic, rosemary and both thai and lime basil, drizzled with porcini infused extra virgin olive oil. Topped with parmiggiana-reggiano of course, 3 weeks out of Italy...

Thanks for the food!

yours,

Ted

I hope you are serving this on the patio at Saratoga. I just drooled all over my mouse pad!
