In your honour, I'm opening a new bottle of Chianti for lunch and making myself the first summer bruschetta with my own tomatos, garlic, rosemary and both thai and lime basil, drizzled with porcini infused extra virgin olive oil. Topped with parmiggiana-reggiano of course, 3 weeks out of Italy...
