My RDSS set to expire - Help!

Hello,

I signed up for a full year subscription on Thursday night, as my trial runs out on Saturday, only to find out that Ted took a few days off. Is there anyone here able to activate my full year subscription in lieu of Ted, or am I hung out to dry until Ted's return on Monday?

We got that fixed Friday evening and it looks like you got to work the weekend races. Thank you for Subscribing - I hope you find RDSS to be a valuable tool for you, long term!

Just a note to other readers - usually I can give more notice when I go away, or else I take my 'office' on the road. This weekend, I was 'whisked away' on short notice

Still, the RDSS2 software does give you a 30 day count-down to the annual Renewal Date or the end of the 30 day Evaluation period. People can certainly wait until the last day or so to Subscribe or Renew, although that does run the risk of sometimes finding me unavailable, though not too often
