Its race 9 This Saturday at BHP, Game On Dude is the 4/5 ML choice
Field of 7 going
( a little less than the target 9-10 ) but .....

To review

1. Ted will provide a FREE RDSS Card for that race. You are not obligated to do this race as part of your 20 race cycle, however if you do work the race and post your selections in accordance with the regular contest rules, and you win the race you will get 1.5 times normal mutuel payout. The purpose of this is to provide a few common races to discuss in more depth.

Here is the data file for Hollywood July 7:

(You only need these instructions if you DON'T have an Unlimited account - otherwise just download it as usual).

To make this accessible by RDSS, right-click on the link above then choose Save Link As or Save Target As (depending on your browser). You will get a Windows Save As dialog box which will prompt you where on your computer you want to save the file to save this file

For RDSS2, navigate here: c:\rdss2\data\PP\2012\BHP\ i.e. starting on your C drive (or whichever drive letter you installed RDSS2 on), open your RDSS2 folder, then open the Data folder, then open the PP folder, then open the 2012 folder then open the BHP folder. Save the file there - don't save it anywhere else.

For RDSS1, save it to: c:\rdss\data\PP\2012\BHP\

Open RDSS. In the Data Centre, uncheck the Download Task (because you don't want to download it - you already have it now) and make sure the Convert is checked. Click on Display Available Cards for Tomorrow. Uncheck all other cards for tomorrow. Click Perform Selected Tasks for the selected Track and Date (i.e. Convert BHP for July 7). When that's done successfully, recheck the Download Task.

If RDSS complains (in the Progress window) that the card file was not found, it's because the card file above did not get saved to the correct folder. If this happens, please try saving the above file again.

Upon successful Conversion, the BHP Hollywood card should appear in the tracks listed for Tomorrow in the Sidebar (Race Cards by Date). Remember to look for the BHP card Tomorrow (i.e. Future section), not Today!

Was hopin to try and battle everyone here but this is just too difficult for this bonehead to navigate
did every step above and still can't even get that 1 race to appear ? much less the whole card for hollywood

every time i open rdss2 i get this

unicode font substitution

power builder failed to change the unicode font sustitution.You must run at least once with adminstrator privledges to complete this process ? ?

i have no idea what it means or how to do it?

But don't get upset When you follow the steps do you get any kind of error message ?

about that message when you start RDSS2

Right-click on the RDSS2 Desktop Icon and choose 'Run as Administrator'. That should do the trick. Please let me know.

well that took the unicode font message away.
I'll deleted the BHP race from computor and tried video steps again

still nothing
file is saved in the correct spot but nothing comes up in rdss2

no error messages show up

if i can't get it working by monday deleteing it forever got a headache from trying everthing today

Tiger, sorry you were having so many problems today. I was gone all day, at Woodbine, so cld not respond (checking this on my iPad in a Starbucks...). Can we connect by telephone and Teamviewer computer connection tomorrow morning (say after 10am?). I will help you get EVERYTHING setup, download some cards and answer any other questions you have (as promised, as part of your PA contest prize).
