A question with reference to your 'Changes' post: http://paceandcap.com/forums/showthr...0990#post70990

You mention a few (experimental) changes in the interest of simplification because they are too much work:

-12 point/PoR stuff
-Swing horse not involved in PoR

I understand that rationale from a manual computation perspective, but when software is doing the work it is not too much work. For example, in your HSH software, have you none-the-less retained those 2 rules? Or have you actually found that eliminating them has an overall positive effect on $Net?

I have removed both of those from my own play within HSH. It is NOT for ease of use. It was initially, but I have found it to be a slight improvement.

By late this week I will be scheduling a follow up workshop for NewPace members. It will contain some very powerful advancements - not discussed thus far - including some big improvements to RegSpeed. I am also working on how to integrate pace numbers into the mix.

The pace number integration is far easier with software, of course. Almost impossible without it, although you could do it with a spreadsheet (providing you have the pace numbers from some source).

Actually, we're making serious headway. There seem to be two basic approaches - dynamic modeling (modeling what?) and static objects. Amazingly, it appears that the static model may be superior.

I thought there were only two colors ( Red & Blue ) in NewPace and I know what they imply. But there is a another color ( Dark Brown ). What does this color signifies ? Can anyone help me with this ? Thanking you in advance.
