Keeneland to Churchill

Just thinking out loud for a moment. Does anyone think it would be valid to look at horses that were ESF (early speed failures) at Keeneland if they ship to Churchill.

I am not really talking about habitual quitters, but horses that hung tough until stretch and caught in the later stages of the race while setting honest fractions.
