Longshot Information
From another website that tracks the pct. of longshot (defined as paying $16.25 or more) winners over the last 365 days. The top tracks and their longshot win pct.
KEE 26.49 WRD 26.47 ZIA 25.83 EVD 25.58 RP 24.76 SUN 24.39 IND 23.94 TP 23.75 BRD 23.68 PIM 23.51 HOL 23.14 Interesting concentration of Midwest tracks. I was surprised to see HOL on the list near the top. Not coincidentally, most of these tracks have the largest field size per race over the last 365 days as well. Thought some of you might find this interesting. Jim |

What are the rules that govern the longshot on the website that you have mentioned. Are the rules available to the public or not.

As I stated originally, if the horse pays $16.25 or more, it is considered a longshot. The chart is merely a pct. of longshot horses that has won in the last year. It is not a system or method for identifying the winners. I posted so that if you are a wagercapper, it helps to know where the longshots are winning.

Not surpirsing at all if you just look at the tracks: THREE changed to Poly (with all it's inconsistency) and the remainder are small/middle market courses where longer prices have always been hiding. Zia is brand new as well. Crowd is slow to pick up what works at these.
