Caught this ex when I decided to make the 7 a Werpy LSP despite having a %
of 4.9 higher the the accepted 4.0 but meeting all other aspects.

The winner tiered #2BL/BL & #1RX, the LSP place horse tiered #7BL/BL & #11RX but the segment shows how it gained both lengths & positions at all calls also it was the #2LSP Hid so I fudged it to a lsp.
