OK the first thing we see is that our winner tiers 4th on bl/bl & 5th on RX. Most would disregard this horse and lose the p3. But by doing some analysis let's see what we get. For this bet its in top 4 bl/bl but we need to look at rx
Here we go
#4 no defects but way too early % med to win dist.
#1 recency and running line defects bad race from l/o
#2 running line defect failed last too high %med
#6 no defects dsr poor rt to spr trn
#3 Recency defect
Once again we need to make a call. Based on the above I would downgrade[ and did] 1 &2. It's not easy but with practice anyone can get these races.

I would like to remind everyone that I do this approach for every race I do. I never blindly accept tiers. It doesn't take all that long to do.

Tim, nice hit, this one I did not get. When you are doing your %med analysis, are you using just the selected pace line or several races at surface/distance?
