As a paper and pencil handicapper
I come across horses between 3/2 and 5/2 that are Prime Plays @ a high percentage of winners. Sometimes you have to take what is available.
You can't always get value. |

Adds value also clears up the muddy form though line of + and - visual.

Price and value are not the same. When prices are below your comfort zone, look for value in exotics.
