form cycles in general

Woody Stephens was interviewed on the old show Budweiser's Racing Across America and was asked how he could tell when it was time to rest a horse. "Simple, after three taxing races even the best of them needs time to rest."

Always remembered that when I review, since the cheaper ones leave more of themselves on the track than the better ones.
