"This is not the horse's first choice. He would rather flee than fight. But if he is prevented from being able to run away, he may be "forced" to bite, kick, rear, or exhibit some other unwanted behavior.

Another reason a horse may "fight" is if he is forced to do something that is painful. This takes us back to the poorly fitting saddle and bucking, as one example. Or possibly just being extremely resistant to do whatever is being asked in an attempt to avoid the pain.

As I have already stated, the horse is first and foremost a flight animal. He would much rather run away from the problem than face it."

Fairly consistent information don't you think?

I would present the opposite IF IT WERE THE FINDINGS OF SCIENTIFIC study, but is simply is not.

Malarkey:this and other animal behaviors are those which are naturally there and exploited by the training. Like saying Dolphins can't swin until they are trained

You need to visit a training farm and watch the trainers trying to overcome INSTINCTUAL behavior COMMON to every Equis callibus

Again, I do not need to visit anything or anyone, I have a fair few years experience in breeding and training as i've already stated

TB's are trained and conditioned in the same same way as I trained and conditioned my gundogs

IF we were talking about dogs that would be one thing, but we are NOT.

Give me a SINGE documented reference or otherwise you wind up with the credibility of another "grandstander" who thinks they understand horses from the distance of a grandstand and a computer. Most of that lot wouldn't know the difference between a Martingale or a snaffle, Strangles from bog spavin.

Dogs are no different to horses - They both have been domesticated by humans

If i had not trained and conditioned my dogs they would have just sat around eating food and keeping warm

A TRAINER of TB's, TRAINS and CONDITIONS his horses to race, if he/she did not they would just be eating and keeping warm

According to you i'm ignorant of facts and a grandstander, yet i think i'm stating my OWN opinion

My opinion is worth more to me than yours or anyone elses, in fact, MY opinion is priceless

When a debater cannot find substantiation, their point is lost

Ignorant simply means UNAWARE
