That is an old wives tale: lots of early means OTE.....Speed of the speed walks away from the OTE all the time
MORE correctly stated (the Damon Runyon angle which just appeared at Turf Paradise) when the speed is SIMILAR the closers take over. 4 won this but was DQ'd for interference.
