Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year!!!!! May 2010 be the start of a wonderful new decade for all of us at "Pace and Cap."

The New Year finds us with our founding father moving up to CEO emeritus; in addition to moving to somewhat warmer pastures, and hopefully greener as well.
