You can't win at this track ;)

We've already DEBUNKED the widely held notion that you can't win at WO -- a SYNTHETIC track with HIGH TAKEOUT (cf. my other thread with results for this year's meet).

Now we move on to GG - a SYNTHETIC track with SMALL fields. These are results from 3/09 to the present.

The sample size is not as large (as that at WO) but the results are better:

TOTAL BETS -- win, exactas (primarily), and tri's

# bets:143 hit %: 17.7 ROI: +.43

nothing to get too excited about. And, remember, those in the know, just know, that you can't win at these tracks.

If i am correct i think there are a few people on this board who had a decent meet. Maybe Barb or Ted can shed some light on this.

Hi TFM-

I love GG! I have really good matchup results there and it's my favorite California synthetic surface.

I think Golden Gate is a very fair track. The take out is high, but sometimes you find an overlay. Not many overlays, but sometimes....

nice job man

I kind of typecast Golden Gate as being "all favorites" and never gave it a chance.
