2nd call

The KEY to pace evaluation is how a horse did, versus the PACE PROJECTED today at the 2nd call.

If a horse cannot meet and/or overcome that second call: THEY WON'T win pure and simple

Beware slow early paces.

It is the FULCRUM akin to Pizzolla that is the key to pace. Remerber it takes TWO units of early LATE to make up each unit of energy lost to the 2nd call
