2nd call
The KEY to pace evaluation is how a horse did, versus the PACE PROJECTED today at the 2nd call.
If a horse cannot meet and/or overcome that second call: THEY WON'T win pure and simple Beware slow early paces. It is the FULCRUM akin to Pizzolla that is the key to pace.
