Just to let you know I think this is a great idea and I believe your operation will do great with it and soon others will follow. I am not a member but would consider joining especially because of this interesting feature but your list of tracks for the most part I do not play. I am sure you are trying to extend your services as to more tracks and I wish you luck.

Robert

Believe me, we are fighting like hell to get the other signals.

Thanks for the kudos.

Are you able to accept bets from Oregon based accounts?

Question Texas online wagering

Ian,

I guess I mis-phrased my question. Do you know if it is legal for Texas residents to wager online with your company? And maybe that's something that I need to check out for myself.

Thanks for your reply,

Bud

Yes. And Bill, I apologize profusely for not responding to that question in the last e-mail. I messed up and deleted it and didn't have the address. Though my memory still works well enough for me to remember your name.

Unfortunately I don't offer legal advice. It wouldn't be any more or less legal to wager with Premier than it would be with Youbet who has a very large base of Texas accounts or Elite, IRG or RGS that accept Texas residents as well.
