What you have to do..is
I find you have to wait till all
races are done then click CLEAR CACHE.
Then assemble the races.
If you want to go back and look at the
races while track is still running you can
right click on each race.
Hope this helps.

This is the same bug as has been reported and discussed in the current version. I have consolidated all those posts about this particular bug - incorrect results displaying - in this Bugs Thread, along with my replies.

To reiterate - incorrect results sometimes display on the Entries screen. There are various scenarios when they are incorrect and others when they are correct. Please check previous posts.

I am working on fixing this Bug. I know how to do it, my internal testing is working. I will get others to test it themselves.

I reiterate that all my tests - and tests from several other users over the past few months - show that even if the Results displayed on the Entries screen are incorrect, the results showing on the Analysis screens are correct and the results and prices exported for modelling are correct.

HOWEVER - if this is not your experience, I accept that. In this case, you can consider following Dan Boals suggestion above (http://paceandcap.com/forums/showpos...44&postcount=8)

However - you should NOT delete the TS Data Directory (C:\Rdss22\Data\TS_data\), per this advice (http://paceandcap.com/forums/showpos...45&postcount=9) - just to get fresh Results after the end of the day's races. Results do not come from these files.

If you delete the main TS Data folder - you will be deleting ALL TwinSpires Ratings from all years, all tracks, all dates - everything. DO NOT DO THIS - PLEASE!

If you feel compelled to delete TS Ratings (Prime Power, ProfitLine) for some reason, instead delete the individual TS Ratings files for specific races or all races for a track and date. For example, to delete today 12/14/2025 TS Ratings files for GP, go here: C:\Rdss22\Data\TS_data\2025\20251214\ - find the files which begin with GP_ and delete those. You can re-download these files only on the current day (via the Task in the Data Centre - Download TS Ratings). They will be unavailable the next day.

I reiterate - please do not delete the main TS_ratings folder!

I will update this version just as soon as I can, to fix this issue and several others which have accumulated. However, per my other post today about my end of year schedule - I am off, starting Dec 15 until the end of the year. I'll be travelling for some of that time, joining family from abroad for our Christmas get-together, but will check in from time to time for emergencies.

Ted

I could not get any results into RDSS for Sunland on 3-29-26. I did the usual waiting until the card was complete before getting results, but only some old results (from a different track) filled in, nothing for Sunland.

I hope to be a couple of weeks out from a software update addressing both the flaky Results display and the slow-down using RDSS on some people's computers. All the issues for Results display should be resolved.

For this Sunland 3/29/2026 card, Swifty, it would be helpful to compare your process with the one I used to check the issue.

1. I first downloaded this SUN card morning of 3/29 (Sunday morning) before the first race but after TS Ratings were available.

2. I first assembled all races late at night long after the last race was finished, after I had updated Results for all Sunday racing in the Data Centre (downloaded Results for all races, including Sunland Sunday). I did not touch Sunland during the racing day (I was off yesterday).

3. I opened some random races to check results and compare them with the Equibase Full Charts. All displayed Results finish positions and payouts were correct. 3 of those results follow.

I presume you were working races during the day. I don't know if you assembled all races at once at the beginning of the day and left RDSS open during the day without restarting it. I don't know if you attempted to display any Results by clicking the Results/Prices button on any screen. Or whether you attempted to download all the day's SUN Results during the day from the Data Centre.

Anything you care to add on your process would help me test what I am working on before sending it out to folks.

Thanks Swifty!

Hi Ted,

I think you might find a problem if you try this -
Download Oaklawn's Thursday card
Friday morning, handicap and export the results

My guess is that Sun does not have a Monday card
so everything went great for you since you waited until late the same day

Problems tend to arise when you can't get to the races that day and try to do them the following morning when there are races at the same track later that day

Also, if you try to do the races too soon after the last race finishes, there seems to be problems as well

Hi Ted,
I did the same as your step #1, but I assembled all the races about an hour before the first post. After the last race was complete I went back into each race, starting at race 1, and clicked the results button (tried both from the entry screen and the Rx screen). I did not restart RDSS after the last race was finished before trying to get results. These steps (process) was what I did on Friday (2 days before Sunland) with Oaklawn, and those results came in OK.

OK, thank you! It seems like I have all these live-action and close of day scenarios covered in my testing. I need to put it in the hands of a few people to test ahead of a general release, both for the slow-down issue and for accurate Results and Model export. I'll get with you on that.

Ted
