Declan Moon's lines were as a 2 year old, and a very young three year old. He's 4 now, and much as I'm gonna love him against older horses, the last race didn't show much of what he had as a 2 year old.

Pure as Gold doesn't show as much at 7f. Siren Lure is a possibility, however I like Battle Won to stalk the speed.

7 1 8

have to agree with Richard but 7-1-6 Declan's Moon would have to really step up. Silent Lure closed on at 43.5 last out: shades of Lit de Justice. Also ran versus the best pace last out as the Long Shot Detector shows.

Declan’s Moon to miss Triple Crown with knee injury

Declan’s Moon, the undefeated champion juvenile of 2004, has been pulled from consideration for the Triple Crown races following the detection of a bone chip in his left knee.

Can a line before the injury represent the horse today?
