Windy near you?

Hi all,

Could somebody please explain something for me. I'm not entirely sure what I am hearing, but it relates to workouts.

Somebody will be talking about a workout, quote a time and then say something that sounds close to "breezy". Obviously it isn't that exactly, but I've no idea what it is or what it means. Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

I've been meaning to post this for ages. I'm sure everyone across the atlantic will laugh at this, but I've really no idea!
