30 Years - Pace and Cap

I just ran around Glen Island Park. Not walked but ran. 2.2 miles without slowing to a walk.

Something I have wanted to do for 30 years and could never accomplish. It got ugly and wasn't pretty but I did it. I can't believe it.

All this from Bill's inspirational posts here more than 10 weeks ago man. I'm dead serious. I can't thank you enough!

There are contests all over the joint today. Full card Keeneland, Tvg who knows what the heck else

Here are 14 races. Anything comes of them is just gravy after what just happened. I can't believe it.
