30 Years
I just ran around Glen Island Park. Not walked but ran. 2.2 miles without slowing to a walk.
Something I have wanted to do for 30 years and could never accomplish. It got ugly and wasn't pretty but I did it. I can't believe it. All this from Bill's inspirational posts here more than 10 weeks ago man. I'm dead serious. I can't thank you enough! There are contests all over the joint today. Full card Keeneland, Tvg who knows what the heck else   Here are 14 races. Anything comes of them is just gravy after what just happened. I can't believe it. Everything good to all of you!!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW8IjcOWtlI Code:

I was gasping for air bud. Kinda like my 1/10 performance at Keeneland. Things got a bit better at Osa. Contest play sucked. Flat bet profit on plays. Hope you and yours are doing great :) Code:

"I just ran around Glen Island Park. Not walked but ran. 2.2 miles without slowing to a walk." Congratulations! Salute! It's never too late (unless it's TOO late) to improve your physical condition. Personally, I've been taking regular 5-mile walks two to four times per week (weather permitting) for the past 3.5 years. Partly because of diet and mainly because of walking, I was able to slim down from an overweight 230-235 pounder (read: slob) to a svelte 190-195 pounder. Looks and feels a lot better on my 6' 2" frame. Doing all that cardio I lost some muscle and accompanying strength. I've been working with weights to regain what I lost strength-wise, as well as my personal quest to get that "cut," nicely muscular, male model physique I've always desired...or as close as possible! :) One has always got to look best for the fillies (especially if you're in the hunt for one). ;) "Something I have wanted to do for 30 years and could never accomplish. It got ugly and wasn't pretty but I did it. I can't believe it." And now you did! And your self-esteem and self-confidence went through the roof, didn't it? Keep at it my friend and sooner than you think, it'll look very pretty. All the best, Jon :) |
Bill's inspirational and "muscle milk"
Hi Rich, great reading about how you ran...Bill has me doing the treadmill about 3 or 4 times a week, and today someone actually came up to me and said they noticed I look thinner!
Hi Jonathan, I just want to tell you that Bill recommended "muscle milk" which is a protein powder that you mix with water or milk and drink after you exercise. It builds up your muscles. You can just buy any protein powder, they sell it everywhere. It really makes me feel better, and I don't ache the next day. So here we all are getting strong and healthy..............all due to my son. Thanks again Bill. Love, Mom |
Bill,
You got a GREAT MOM!!! Bud:) |

I've been driinking great tasting Syntha 6. http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/3dbf570936.jpg Keep up the exercise program. You'll feel better, stronger, lose unwanted fat and gain compliments in the looks dept. ;) Regards, Jon :) |
