Good morning, men. Doing this on the fly. In Tuscaloosa for the big game with 105,000 of my closest friends, hoping we can cheer the old alma mater on to victory. :-)
My picks are: #2 WIN #11 WIN Projected pace: 21.8/45.0/1:04.9 That's #2's last running line with adjustments. My contenders are 2, 5, 10, 11 Half the field is NTLs. I think 2, 5, and 10 will compromise each other, but I'll keep #2 in case he gets loose. #11 is the closest thing I can find to a legitimate EP who can stay close and inherit the lead late. #5 showed some speed in its comeback race but I need more for an 8YO. The M/L favorite #10 is dropping but is 0-4 at the distance and hasn't run well of late. Tough race. mick |

Haw r6
Pace: 22 - 45
OTE Contenders: 2-6-11 Lots of speed in here, if #2 get loose on the lead game over. I see the #5 dueling with #2 the likely fav and soften him up. Of the OTE #11 is the logical choice to win. #6 fit the pace and if the race falls apart he could find himself right in the mix at a price. Win: 11 - 6 Place: 6 |

I agree with Mitch. Speed from the 2,5 & 10. #2 appears to be the fastest, but likes to quit when headed. #10 runs close up if that happens.
Win #2 #10 |

I think the 2 is the speed of the speed, but could be compromised with the other speed. The 5 shows early but looks like he can press also and looks to like the distance. The 6 and 11 should be in position to strike.
22.1_45.5 My contenders are 2, 5,6,11 I will go with the 5 and 6 |

In my original post I mistakenly had the 10 as one of my win bets. I actually meant to put #2 and #11 to win.
