Dedicated to Ted

For Ted who helps me when I'm feeling down

I look over my shoulder
A quick glance at the past
A numb sadness comes over me
Thinking the memories ended to fast

Turning around, I look forward
Starring at the future to come
A feeling of confusion takes over
My destination, where do I start from?

Stopping, I turn my vision to the side
I look at the present taking place
An easyness sinks into my body
Watching the events I face

Katherine Sessor

Doc this is how I am doing the races, as if you were looking over my shoulder
in your office in Banning.

Rdss or Val 4 users Mountaineer race 3 Nov 5th

step by step It probably is not the right way to most people
but its the way i was taught that was 11 years ago
It still works for me. You can tell me I'm wrong but its my money
I bet.. Nobody but me

Thumbs up Thanks to you Bill

Bill,

This was one of the best procedures that I have seen as it's so simple. I've been basically using this procedure but there were a couple of new things that I picked up from your teaching.

Thanks,

Bud

Bill, I love the profound, deeply emotional and provocative words you have share with us.
For me personally, it really makes me think.

As you may know, this been a very hard year for me.
I went through a lot but fortunately and with G_ds blessing, it's 8 months later, I'm still here and feeling well.
I've had some bad days where I fell into some deep depressions.
My beloved wife helped me get through them by pointing out that the meaning of the message your have posted. You have to live each and every day as though it will be your last. This thought in itself, helped me keep my sanity. The past is dead and you must not dwell on it. Live for today.
The late Steve Jobs lived by this.

Bill thank you for the deep thoughts and sharing and teaching your methods to all of us.
You are a giving, caring and sensitive person.
It is very much appreciated.
I can see why you dedicated the post to Ted.
He is also a giving, caring and sensitive person.

We are all lucky to be members of this page.

Parts,

Most important thing is that you hang in there and keep feeling good.
