The 3 "grand masters" of handicapping

"DOC" SARTIN
"HAT"BRASHAW
MIKE FIORE

The only 3 that outline a methodology that has stood the test of time.
1-Mike Fiores book,"HOW TO RATE THE HORSE,S"
Is without a doubt HEAD +SHOULDERS above any other book in
turf history. As a newbie to racing in1978+or- and a night job
that allowed me to work his methodology for 7-8 hours a night,
doing either SA.-HOLLY-DEL MAR . I ACTUALLY WON!!!
The basis of his work is PACE OF RACE+ AND HOW A HORSE
REACTS to it,using a recent pace line

2-"DOC" SARTIN-his genius goes without saying,my 3,000+or- races
on VAL.MANUAL-VAL.1-VAL.4 atest to the soundness of his
methodology.

3-"HAT" BRADSHAW & his "GENIUS" basing his method on pace of race
&how a horse reacts to it. After much contemplation& reading
"HATS" material& RICHIES for the last 1.5 years & dabbling
with it-I RAN INTO "CONDUMDRUMS" of mis matched
distances-surfaces-POLY-DIRT-TURF-SLOPPY "etc."
I floundered &reverted to old methods& SARTINS VAL-4
I,have now commited myself to"HATS" match up

Hi Jeff...These are great results!!

It is nice that you can take one or two cards a get that many # of races to cap and WIN!

Maybe after the holidays , you can put up some practice race/races and your incites on how you match up them up. It would be lots of help to some of us just starting or wanting to better our selves.

thxs Mike

And to all my friends...have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS
