Error in 2010 DB - Pace and Cap

I'm not really sure where to post this, but I discovered an error while using the 2010 Database. It is in the 4th race at DEL on 9/13/10. When the entries are listed for that race in RDSS, there is no horse #3. You get ONE guess as to which horse won the race. Yep, #3. Not a big deal......
