Hello Jeff
Hope your feeling better. here is my look the race looks like a good one I rated it by FW and used the adjusted RDSS data My lines were H1. Line 1 H2. Line 3 H3. Line 1 H4 Line 1 H5. Line 3 Looks like 6 and 2 are best on FW and DR Bill V. |

Bill,
Im starting to get back to being ok thanks. I was wondering how you got a setup time of 44.4. Are you able to put in raw numbers instead of adjusted? Last edited by shoeless; 07-28-2012 at 03:35 PM. |

Get Well
Glad to hear your feeling better Jeff
I usually use the fulcrum horse for the set up time I could not find the fulcrum horse as nobody qualified off the last line In this race I use the adjusted times only Here is how RDSS adjusted my pace lines I didn't want to set the time too fast or too slow so I went with the average of the contenders which i figured were the times of the 1 and 4 horses I rounded up the 1 horse to 45.0 I entered the times in 5ths so I rounded the 4 horse to 44.3 I then took the midpoint and made the second call 44.4 not very acurate but thats what I did Yes I hand entered the adjusted times so I could just as easily entered the raw times anyway here is what I went by Last edited by Bill V.; 07-28-2012 at 03:59 PM. |

RDSS and Bill V. did a nice job on the pace lines. A simple pace projection would have gotten the winner. By looking at Bills equalized 2nd call numbers one would obviously concluded or assume that the pace of this race would be fast. As Bill astutely observed, the (3) was the best fit for a late paced race. Take another look at the adjusted RDSS 2nd call numbers. When Ted adds the Synergism Conversion modules, I might be tempted to quit my day job. I will get back to serious handicapping and being a strong RDSS user and advocate.
