RDSS on Multiple Computers - File Data Question - Pace and Cap

Does anyone know if you download a trackmaster file say as an example DMR on 07/28/12 onto one computer and then you want it on a second computer will Trackmaster bill you again for the 2nd download of the file again and or is there a way to transfer the data file to the 2nd computer.

When I log onto the 2nd computer with RDSS which I did not download the file to it doesn't show up on RDSS and when I try moving the file over it does not load either.

If someone could help me out I would appreciate it.
