No just report the finish like I do here DAY IN DAY OUT.

One race is just like the next: it has a first, second and a third placed horse unless there is a Dead Heat.

How horses cross the line has NOTHING to do, and NEVER WILL, on how one bets that. This section, unless I am wrong, is entitled SELECTIONS it never was called BETS, which are designed differently than selections as randomness comes into play in the latter.
