FREE-Full Equibase 2023 Dataset available at no charge - Pace and Cap

Equibase announced March 11, 2024 the availability of a complimentary dataset with a full year of past performance data and corresponding results charts for development, research, and evaluation purposes. The dataset will include all racing information for the 2023 calendar year with the appropriate supporting documentation

Anyone can ask for this data. I have separately asked Equibase/TrackMaster whether I can provide an equivalent free RDSS database for the entire 2023 year. I'll report here what the response is.
