Working the 4 Factor numbers - looking for nuances in ordering. No ABC tiering.

Race 1 - PASS - too many FTS

Ted, the 4-6-7 are secondary contenders because they only have 2 of the 4 ratings.
I only look at horses like these as longshots (15/1 or higher) and only use in the miner spots for exactas and tris.

OK, thanks. I was trying to put in Top 5 horses in order, as part of digesting how to calculate the ranks. Agreed, 4th, 5th, 6th ranks are not Win Contenders (nor, IMO) are the couple of #10 horses so far in Turf races without Turf histories, hence my notes). Working on the rest of the raxes ...

rmath, Great Call in the 8th with the 5 horse. Would you please give some insight of the thinking of not taking the 2 and inserting the 5 with a 3 xxx

Greatly appreciating this educational series.
