thanks bill and thanks mom!
That contest is crazy: your winnings count but they don't deduct your losses! That's the deal I want in real life ... |

Way to go Joe
Joe:
MAJOR KUDOS to you!! What a wonderful Hit! That is the kind that most of us would never forget. I know that you don't know me, but, I am totally thrilled for you. Tell me Joe, because I just have to know. Did you select the winners by playing a 2x2x2x2 type of wager, or did you just so happen to go deeper than 2 horses in any particular leg of the P4? No matter how you accomplished the feat, it is "a monster"! Once again, I am totally Pumped for you. What a Fantastic Score. Have a Great Evening and Good Skill to you Always. Vinnie |

Whoa, everybody slow down - it wasn't real money!
Vinnie, the ticket looked like this: 7,9,11 / 1,3,4,5,6 / 1,4,6,8 / 1,6,11 and 2,4 / 5 / 1,2 / 1,6,11 and 9 / 3,5 / 6,8 / 1,6 The second one is the one that won (the winning combo was 4/5/2/6). I only played it because you get $200 in the contest and the top or main ticket came to $180. As you can see, that one would have lost. The bottom ticket is just a throw-in with my last $8 theoretical dollars (you always play the full $200 in this contest because you literally have nothing to lose). I guess you can say these were my "key" horses. The only two legs I was confident in were the 2nd and 4th. For the other two legs, I split the contenders based on early/late. The first ticket assumes the track will play early and the second emphasizes late. As it turns out, late was king that day. |

10-4 Joe!
Still yet, way to knock em dead... I like your tickets and the considerations that you made (e/l) in putting them together. It sounds like you may have to consider going in for real and playing P3's and P4's with much more frequency. They could very well be your forte. Thank you for taking the time to explain the rationale behind the structuring of your ticket. Take Good Care Joe and Good Skill to you Always. Vinnie |

Somebody like you works hard and takes a serious but relaxed confident attitude toward winning. Thanks for your comments on your tickets I am very happy when I see you online and reading in the library Keep it going Joe Bill I |
