Repeated Tandem Bug - Pace and Cap

Charlie,

I actually did recently fix that one, but you'd curse me for the other (and new) bugs in the development version in my shop at the moment, so I need to wait for a while until the next stable release. Meanwhile (as you probably know), exiting and re-opening the software cures that Tandem double (triple, etc) problem.
