Rules: Single pick horses must not be less then 4-1 at the gate and bet equally for win and place. Bet dutched races equally for win only. Do not bet any horse unless they are at least 4-1 or better at the gate. If one of the dutched horses are bet down or scratched, bet the other for win and place. |
