Proposed Energy Workout
I am thinking about running the following workout, but if it has already been tried then there is no need to reinvent the wheel.
Quite a few folks on this board use Aodds to pick contenders and pacelines for transfer over to Energy, has anyone ever used the adjusted lines feature of Aodds before sending it to Energy? If so what were the results? I have an theory that once the lines are adjusted that you would always be able to use the automatic adjustment in Energy making life simpler. Comments please. |

Dear Joe:
There are two schools of thought as I recall. Generally, you would not send the races over adjusted because you want too see what they look like with the automatic adjustment. Then you could convert the line in Energy so you might compare what automatic adjustments do compared to manual adjustments. However, if you are mixing sprint and route pace lines then you may want to consider using Aodds to make the adjustments prior to sending the race to Energy. Gary L. |
