Bill, I am sad that Esther has passed from your life, and from your family's life. I have met all your family (except your children) and Esther was the life of the party on a few occasions when we all gathered in Saratoga. We all loved her.

I know you will all be grieving, but I think love never passes away. I suspect she's organizing something, wherever she is, and that bond will always be there as long as there is love.

Please give a hug from me and Alison to everyone when you see them (including yourself).

Ted

Thank you

My love to you all. I'm on my way to New Jersey. Its going to be so hard to walk into the little house mom loved so much
I'm doing as best I can, I'm crying often, I have been told this is good for me,
Just let it go ...

The tears will keep coming for the next few days and then a few more probably every time a 7 horse wins the 7th race orI see anything won by Joe Bravo ( my moms favorite bet ) I feel the loss you also have experienced.
I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and new year, Lets make it a new start and live for today

Nomorebocci was moms Pace and Cap username

She loved to read up on whats going on
Without her help in the early days I never would have been able to create VDC Messenger which withner help I transformed to Pace and Cap
She was my proof reader and editor,
.

Bill, I'm so sorry for the loss of your Mom Ester. I remember her fondly from Saratoga the year we had the memorial race for Dr. Sartin and Jim Bradshaw. She was a very lovely person. I know you and your family, especially your Dad Brooks, are hurting badly and missing her terribly. I have a feeling she is watching over you all and telling you she isn't far away. I see you are on your way home right now. Drive safe. My heart is with you.
