November 13th

On November 13, Felix Unger was asked to remove himself from his place of residence; that request came from his wife. Deep down, he knew she was right, but he also knew that some day he would return to her. With nowhere else to go, he appeared at the home of his friend, Oscar Madison. Several years earlier, Madison's wife had thrown HIM out, requesting that HE never return. Can two divorced men share an apartment without driving each other crazy?

Is this a subtle way of saying you don't consider Penn a worthwhile play?

Edit: Woops! Forgot the smiley.

Seriously, I've had some good days playing Penn and they're one of few options on what is dark day for most.

Weds

Penn is a nice track

I know FTL likes it so that should tell you plenty.

I take it very easy on Wednesdays, Its my day to relax after 4 days of intense Parx work. Its my day to chill

Anyway November 13th is kind of like National Divorced Guy day
Not that i'm proud of a failed marriage. It probably was the best thing to happen to us both.

Just being an eagle

"I know FTL likes it so that should tell you plenty."
Enough to leave me a winner when all said and done. I turned up my FTL speed dial and got 2 winners and 2 exacts in the first three races! The 2 winners were both top 2 early. One pd 11.00.

JUST missed the super to close the show. The 2 horse reached up from 4th (where I put him) to place, costing me 424.05. Still, it's always nice to end with the bank bigger than it was when you started.
Glad it wasn't Friday...

That 424. super was the 10 center.
The $2 super pd 8,481.
It was just for fun anyway. But there is 0 fun, there is 424 Fun, and there is 8,481 FUN!!!!!!!!

Day 3 at Penn was even better. Almost tripled the little bank I almost doubled yesterday.
Now this is getting to be fun!

It's funny I've only played Penn 2 maybe 3 times. I've won all 2 or 3 times.

How 'bout I update with day 4 (tonight) during which I was doing rather poorly all the way up to the finale, Race #9.
I finally "felt it" for this one and made a variety of plays. Unfortunately it didn't come in exactly as I planned, causing my winner to show and the winner to be a horse from down the list. However, with exotics you can buy forgiveness, so I got the trifecta and superfecta!
That more than tripled the bank from yesterday that almost tripled the bank from Wednesday, which almost doubled my starting bank for this week!
WOOHOO.
I had the 9th to finish 4-9-7-6.
It came in 6-4-3-2.
I boxed 4,6,9 for the tri, so 6-4-9 is a WINNER.
My super looked like this:
4-6-7-9
4-6-7-9
4-6-7-9-10
1-4-6-7-9-10

I'm feeling downright randy right about now, my friend!

Oh, I forgot to mention I also won a little superfecta for Race 6. Easy to forget those $20 ish winners when you get a couple in the hundreds.
