BC F&M Turf

Ted,
looks good. Here is a little something to check

I entered 1 line for "Film" as you see on upper tab. Never even keystroked that CNL line. On lower half the 2 lines are showing up.

also when you get a chance check the proj pace tabs on top the 2nd and 3rd are showing same thing. easiest would be to make it user entry. not sure if that would screw up other things u have in mind when selecting such as the highlighting of lines etc etc

now to the race

Wait a While looks extremely powerful - couple her pressing running style with late power and it could be over.

Richie,

Yep, the Projected Pace thing is screwy, and noted re the 2 lines (as in Film Maker). Fixed the latter, got a plan for the former. Next week...

Result Chart

The winner was the fav # 2 with 1 North American paceline.

The # 7 ran like a horse. A horse's ASS that is. Creature

problem

A major conern on logically handicapping horses in B.C. day is the requirement of very subjective procedures that can't be analyzed in one of the programs. This race was a great case in point: Ouija Board is one of the strongest turfers in the world.

No there is no final readout. There are all kinds of screens showing all kinds of stuff.

I would use this screen for it's simplicity. Fast horses will show up CPR- E/L graph is there- ESP is there- etc etc

In Richie's display of Primary Factors, the #1 CPR rank was for #7. In the Perceptor Total screen (Primary Line Score Total) below, the top ranked was also #7 followed by #5. In Val and Spec (and RDSS) Primary Line Score will often (but not always) be similar to BL/BL.

RDSS' BL/BL screen is not done yet, but will be soon, and will show what Speculator shows (and what an updated Validator would show).

Sweetyjohn is right, though, that there was no good line to use for Ouija Board, who was very much better than the one line useable by these software. Have to use other methods to analyse this race.

Bill,

There will be a Summary readout, not sure yet its final form, but I'll sure solicit feedback. Richie's right though, that as with previous software, there's lots of details screens, and sometime's they're useful and sometimes confusing.

If you're wondering what readouts will be in RDSS: what's in Spec and what's in Val will be in RDSS. Plus... (or less, if you need to simplify the data barrage).

Ted
