Adjusted screen?

I have been reading in the FU where're Doc says you should not be looking at the original screen but the track master adjusted and equalized screen, is this true, when looking at the numbers at the beginning should we start at the adjusted screen on rdss, are the track master adjusted numbers really good,

docs says there's no reason to look at the original because the track master adjusted is so much better. Any information on this would be great.
