Ira,
Here's what I got from your instructions. Can I ask, what wager did you structure in the 9th to get the exacta, and what reasoning? The Place horse was key. Ted

Race 9
Ted,
I did a 4 horse exacta box 1 6 7 8, and keyed the 6 over the 1 2 7 8. Decl had the 2 5 8 where I further felt that the 8 could close as it came from an 8.0 race. Also APV CR had 258 as the top 3. Hope this helps a little. I am still practicing with the program and use it with Workhorse at times. Ira |

Example
Ted, had this race today at Suffolk. Even with the data from Suffolk not the best for Turf the horses I was able to get a turf line on RDSS did great.

Dave,
The #5 wins, the #2 places at $18.40 for a $280 exacta. #2 looks like some kind of qualifying opposite energy to me (#1 EPR, #2 CPR, #2 FX). Good one! Ted

Finally Sent It!
After a bit of delay (), here is the package I sent today to Doc Sartin, with all the the race examples sent in by folks and a few of my own. I compared the RDSS screens to the previous DOS software screens (either Val4 or Spec160) so he could see how close we are to where he left things.
In the end, there were so many contributions, I just picked a few of my own efforts from the Summer Stakes Contest in lieu of the whole thing, contrary to what I initially said (I know lots of you got many of those races, and many that I did not). I also responded to a few queries, concerns and bits of advice he had in his last letter to me. I hope he likes it. Here is what I sent him (7.7Mb): www.ArtofPace.com/pubs/SartinRpt09142007.pdf Congratulations to all who won good money, and many thanks for all the contributions! Ted

You put together a very slick looking package, and I'm sure it took a lot of work. I have to tell you it just looks great! |

Joe,
You're most welcomed to keep on posting your successes, but the package is already in the mail to Doc. Maybe he'll get the chance to surf by here again sometime and will see everything (not sure if he has a computer or internet, though). I did include one of your RP races from yesterday in the package just before I sent it Again, congrats on your prowess so far! Ted

Ted,
I know just wanted to post a nice win on the New Surface @ PID. Especially when the Top 2 contenders came in 1 & 2 for very nice $2 Ex. This program could give you an real edge with the horses shipping in from all over the place for Casino $$$, not PA Breds here. Thanks for adding my report, Very good looking report |
