Belmont Race 11
Hello,
This is how I view the race, with Dunkirk, Mine that Bird and Summer Bird there at the finish. I get Charitable Man running too early for 12f and think the horse will tire and finish out of the money. WARNING: DO NOT TRUST MY PICKS I HAVE A LOT TO LEARN - Ernie |

Ernie,
I came up with basically the same picks. I am going to play Dunkirk to win & key him in a Super. 2 / 1,4,7 / 1,4,6,7,9 / 1,4,6,7,9 Good Luck Today |

Thanks,
Didn't bet the tri but had 2 & 4 to win and an exacta box with 2,4,7. I also made a .10 Superfecta bet 2 ,7/1,2,4,6.7/..... I can't believe I left out 4 on top. But I also won 3 other races besides R11 so I did ok for the day. Ernie |

Nice pics Ernie!
Hello Ernie:
Very nice pics on the Belmont. I essentially had all of the horses there to boot in the 2,7,6 and 4. But, I liked the 4 in the 3rd spot for the Superfecta. I didn't place a win wager although clearly #4 Summer Bird was the best value opportunity. A rested horse that was clearly on the improve in his last couple of efforts. I never believed that Mine That Bird would launch a bid so early as he did. Also, who would have guessed that Dunkirk would be on the front end as he ran for the entire race? Nice Hit! Excellent foresight on the Race. It was a great race to watch. Once again, nice strike. Warm Regards, Vinnie

Thanks For The Post
You would expect horses going 12f would show up late on the E/L but
not in this case. Dunkirk ran early as the E/L depicted but he finished ok if you consider how many times does a horse wire 12f. yes, it was a good race. If only I could call them like this more often. Thanks again for your comments. Best Regards, Ernie |
