Hello, TVG has Free PP's, for Hong Kong. Your only going to get Positions and lenghths behind. I have not seen or can find times anywhere. I don't know to much about it, and am trying to figure it out myself. It seems like from watching the races, the post parade is what they use to handicap the race. How does he look. If you find times I would like to know. SO far TVG is the only piece of handicapping material I can find.
Good Luck

Hi Cap,

On the jockey club link, there are pdf files, fractions are sectionals, I think.
As far as the download from bris it was pretty much like yours from tvg.
Here is a race for wed.look at the five,I highlighted R race time,H is horses time.
There is no example of for the pp's that I can find.so learning is slow.
I am trying to come up a fps method from the times,as there is only 2 tracks.

On the link, next to the track layout the speed and power numbers appear
to be pretty strong, gauge of performance.
They bet 172 million or yen on the first race maiden.

The English chick, with the sexy accent,is like a Bonnie Ledbetter.
The Body language of horses.
