Hat on Matching up and Paceline Interpretation
In the Club P&C area Jim has a few tapes where he demonstrates the working of a race "Hat style".
In this tape that is around 20 YEARS old you will hear him separate the final 2 contenders with these words "who is going to be the closest to the 1st call pace of a 21.2" Who is closest to the lead factoring in pace of race. THAT is your horse. Hat's way 20 years ago. Hat's way in 2008 |
