Thanks for your stats Bill!!!!

Great work Bill

I was very surprised about the first call "non-relevance" in Sprints in your 58 sprints sample size....

Now back to the routes...Interesting..between 10 to 14 winners ranked #1, now if one can get 50% of those into the top two rankings...It would improve one's focus on the top rankings "exclusively"..

Thanks again for your hard work Bill but more importantly, for fighting the daily battle and being determined in "mind and spirit". I have a close acquaintance who is going through the same "grind".....Keep the faith...

Talking Follow up

On a note from the follow up

It takes more to win at the races then the ability to predict which horse will finish first.

As a member and reader here can one believe everything posted? Of course not. Opinions vary depending on individual believes.

Are all stats posted accurate and correct? If incorrect they can place a member on a path of destruction. Lt1 on his posts frequently says;“Trust but verify.” And this is extremely sound advice that pertains to everyone, not just the beginner or novice. The biggest contributor to the learning process is by performing or doing the task at hand. It reinforces the lesson and forever locks the results in the mind. Accepting someone else’s work fails toaccomplish that objective.

Computers are much more accurate than the old pencil and paper however computers can compound an error also. They do provide accurate data when properly programmed however even with that it’s how the individual access’s and manipulates the data. That’s what is important. Additionally an open mind is a must for any survey conducted for accuracy.

Do we need the drudgery of a survey with 1500 races? Hell no and after a point it’s just a waste of valuable time which could be devoted to other endeavors such as additional surveys or doing races. Sartin said a 20race survey was just as accurate as a 100 races from a statistical point. Ifone wants they can carry that a little further to 50 or 100.

Don’t accept blindly someone else’s surveys, as Tim (LT1) says;“Trust but verify.” Then theresults will be 100% accurate, reinforced and your own forever.
