Ted's software coming along / Arlington
Ted's software is coming along nicely.
He is away so I figured I'd sneak a quick race in and see what it looks like Let's do today's Breeder's Cup sprint thing at Arlington here is the opening screen shot of the software as it exists now. It's too early or I would have the toteboard connected. The " Today's Alerts" area on the bottom left is going to be VERY cool when it's up and running. so we will work race 8 on the card

when we open a race up on top there is an area to enter the projected pace for today if you want to.
Also the toteboard comes alive with real time odds which can be compared to the morning line odds for example

My approach
I am going to project a pace using RAW data - It is the 1 horse from it's last line ( in tenths ) - 22.3 - 44.6 - 108.6
I am going to use the 2nd line back for the horse which is a bit stronger 22.2 - 44.3 - 108.8 So I am going to select pacelines for the horse off of RAW ( original ) data in a range of: 1c - 22.2 to 22.3 2c - 44.3 to 44.6 then we will see what comes out when the races are adjusted horse 1 - our projected pace horse
