WOX 08-01-12 Race-8 Using Synergism 4

WOX 08-01-12 Race-8 Using Synergism 4

I have this race as being between the (1) & (2)
This race dictates a fast pace which favors a closer.
The (1) would be a value play for me at 5-1 or better.

Hi Bill,

I am somewhat unfamiliar with SynIV. Does it take the files output by AODDS98 or is it necessary to wait until Ted creates a file out of RDSS? I know SynII and SynIII will need to RDSS output.

Hi Jim,

I don't think Ted is working on SYN 4.
Although this may yet be an alternative.

Syn 4 is manual input and does not take conversions from AOdds
What I did was manual input. I set the program option to use Beyer numbers.
This eliminates the updating of pars and distances.
Syn 4 equalizes the input.
I specifically mixed distances to see how effective the outcome would be.
I used the BRIS data file and the numbers that are generated by the BRIS PP generator that are similar to the Beyer number.

Send me a PM and I'll tell you some more about SYN 4

Bill,
is #1 a closer? If you favor the race to belong to a closer you will get more than 5-1 on #1, and I hope does win.
Good luck
