The Monkey strikes again.

No I didn't have the EX. as I put more into this race than I wanted to and its easier to pick DD than EX. I did play a 2,5 w 6 & a 6/2,5 ex. But just didn't want to put any more money into it. Hey the DD was nice and I'm not complaining. Also alive for the DD with the 8th race. Even if that loses I made $$ and my grocery bill just went up for the Monkey as he has learn to watch races and is screaming and going crazy.

I think Bill V. would have had this if he weren't operating on just 11%.

Jeebs had a nice save bet on the 5 and made a small profit. The "Doc" said "always bet your 3rd choice when going off over. . . " I believe it was 8-1. I'll have to look that up, anyway that's close enough to get the point.

Hindsight is a beautiful thing. Didn't play the P3 but it was a nice one. I do play them but only when I do the whole card and have good connecting races. I did the 6 and 8 races somewhat on the fly after doing the 7th.

I used Line #5 for the 5 horse, a TPR of 189

It pays to pay attention

That #10 (Proper Freud) that scratched out of the Friday race entered into the Sunday 7th at BEL as the #8. Once everything was said and done, he still came up on top of the heap. Went off at 6-1 off today's 15-1 ML.

Awareness (and a whisker on the wire) made money on today's race...
