Discussion Forum Software Update! - This Week August 27 ...
The Paceandcap Discussion Forums MAY be down for a (hopefully) short period in the next few days, hopefully just a few hours overnight Monday or Tuesday August 28/29.
An upgrade to the vBulletin Discussion board software is required to keep up with upgrades to the hosting server software. Sometimes upgrades go well - and sometimes not. When all is done, the site should look exactly the same, rather than inaccessible (like it was earlier in August for a few hours, and for the same reasons we need an upgrade). If there is any extended downtime - you are most welcomed to write me: ted@sartinmethodology.com for information. If downtime is extended for ANY reason, I will make an announcement on PaceAdvantage.com This upgrade and possible downtime DOES NOT affect usage of RDSS software. Only the PaceandCap Discussion Forums. Here's hoping for a smooth transition! Ted

Folks - I am taking the website down now, 4:30pm ET Wednesday August 30 for a vBulletin board software upgrade.
Hopefully all will go well and we'll be back up in an hour or so with not too many missing fingers and toes ...!   Ted

Captain's log: 5:16pm ET August 30 - site upgraded (from vBulletin 3.7.3 to vBulletin 3.8.11) and all looks well, so far. If anyone notices anything missing (images, smileys, avatars, attachments), or anything goofy at all -- please post it here, PM me or email me at support@sartinmethodology.com. Thanks!
Next stage will be tomorrow (or soon) when our web host upgrades to a new server software version (PHP7 - for those keeping score  ). THAT'S why I had to upgrade our Discussion Forum software - to be ready for that.'We have Top Men working on it right now ...'

Our Web Host has updated their back-end server language and this morning (Thursday) - all looks well.
Only thing I've noticed so far is the New Posts listing now shows everything as new - not sure yet how to mark everything as read. Will investigate. Ted Feeling upbeat this morning ...
