Download problem
Ted is out of town so I'm posting this wondering if anyone else is experiencing difficulties with Saturday downloads, or has an idea about a fix. I downloaded 9 tracks and there are multiple problems: a blank space above the first horse, scratches when they aren't there yet, no RS, no check in the WIN box. I tried downloading DEL again with duplication off but no help. Hoping to solve the problem in order to handicap for the day. Appreciate.

I would start by clicking the clear cache button on the race card summary page, and re-assembling each race.

Zim, checking in briefly before heading on he road again. Check your email from me this morning to see if that suggestion works. (Make a new database for today, re-download, re-convert to see if that solves it).
